One of the most important things we will be looking for in completed applications for Seedcamp is a strong founding team.

• founders who know themselves and each other well
• who bring a range of diferent skills to the table
• who complement each other
• who have the maturity to know what they don’t know

Thinking hard about who you involve and how is crucial. It is probably the single most important aspect of any start-up business.

We don’t expect every Seedcamp company necessarily to have a complete team, but the more evidence that your business has a broad set of founders, with relevant skills and experience, the better.
